From oil rooms to coffee breaks

Over the coming weeks, several important facilities and workstations will be put in place. These include our new oil room, a dedicated compressor room and the connection to the existing factory building, which will provide easy access to toilets and break rooms.

Our ambition is to create a modern, practical and welcoming workplace that supports both efficient production and a good working environment. We are also paying close attention to the outdoor areas, making sure deliveries and transport can move smoothly around the site, with clearly marked routes, well-planned fire access lanes and practical arrangements for snow clearance.

We are also exploring ways to make the outdoor spaces enjoyable for our team. A pleasant patio for summer coffee breaks is one addition we think many will appreciate. We are also planning green spaces where colleagues can stretch their legs and unwind during their lunch break.

As you can see, the project is moving ahead at a brisk pace, with plenty of commitment and positive energy. It is inspiring to watch the factory take shape week by week, and we look forward to sharing more progress with you soon.
